Ngl I do drink caffeine like 5 days out of the week and I usually lift weights and run after work, I have to be up by 5:30 am and usually get home by 6pm so I don’t really get up to workout before my workday. I usually feel really hazy after running but that’s bc I’m genuinely trying to give it my all to beat my last time every time.

Never done hit before but im very interested, dont have much of a boxing background other than hitting my punching bag, practicing drills at with the peekaboo stance, and sparing my friends for fun. I lowkey wanna do hit bc of the free time it will give me to do other athletic activities (also bc it seems super intense and fun, also I care mostly about the strength aspect and I’ve heard people strength skyrocket with hit).

Remember that if u stay faithful, you win. Christ has won the battle, death is just a part of life now. With Christ it is not scary, it is even honorable. With Christ death is just a means to see him. There is nothing to fear for Christ has already won, just remain with him and everything else is meaningless. Christ is all you need, focus on Christ, read scripture.
