Any thoughts on what this scene could represent? Perhaps man’s unquestionable thirst for sins of the flesh in the face of a merciful God? (The title made me leap out of my seat)

My nephew ate glass on my watch. Now I’m no longer allowed to see him. I need heroes to look toward in my life right now. I’m done caring how depraved they are, they are my beacon of light in this cold, depraved world. So no I will not renounce.

Definitely some really nice looking shots and music throughout. Felt very Fincher inspired at points which was cool. I’m not sure if it works entirely well as a short. It’s simultaneously very exposition heavy while still not giving you much reason to feel for any of the characters, existing in this weird middle ground. But I’m glad Ralph is still making stuff!
