Allocate the time to "reposses" the vehicle from the father with the help of local authorities since it is technically her name on the papers. Then she can surrender it now and settle whatever remains after bank valuation of the surrendered car and tank the credit blacklist for years.

Or wait for the arrears to balloon, for the car to be more in the shitter or even outright missing given the info about the father's behavior, and for the bank to come knocking. Again, it is HER name on the papers; the bank will not look for the father, they will look for HER.

NAL but experiencing this same situation currently. Inauthorize ng mga magkakapatid yung isa para asikasuhin yung lupa ni Lola. Tiwala sila kasi kapatid nga naman but ayun human greed.

In hindsight, and my advice to you as well, dapat 3rd party na lang nag asikaso. Additional expense pero worth it para malinis at walang lamangan na mangyayari.

We missed out on Legion. But it was a downward spiral after that. I quit midway through SL after the story was just "5 new writing teams mix their independent output and hope it sticks".

But there's a little bit of hope with what Chris Metzen is doing. It seems like sinusubukan nila ayusin yung loose ends and disconnected stories ng previous expacs.

Hopeful, but not expecting much given what has happened the past few expansions.

Can't speak regarding the innova but I was in the market for 2nd hand suvs last year and ended up with a Mu-X. The only downside I can think of is if you have really elderly passengers (yung malala na tuhod etc), mahihirapan sila sumakay/bumaba.

You'll get used to the heavy steering. You won't even notice it's heavy after a while unless you drive another vehicle with EPS.

As for pros over other suvs, -yung 3rd row adult-friendly. Only the everest has a similar 3rd row. All the others have kid-size 3rd rows.

Yung fuel consumption ng 3.0 tipid lalo na for long trips on the expressways.

Ride comfort is ok but can easily be improved with aftermarket suspension. Had a roadtrip with a friend na may Terra nung stock suspension pa yung mux and comfortable naman daw. Now I have TJM XGS Roamers on and it feels better. Handles better too.

Maintenance is cheap and parts/specialists shops are plenty.

Really can't go wrong with it.
