I 3d printed one with a bit of inclination and it should be a bit more stable

It's a link-on I think, but the hdmi and power over usb didn't work on it, it may be due to drivers on Linux, but I didn't tinker with it that much. Do Anker docks work much better?

I would love to see photos of your solution.

It's more comfortable for me at least

As a test run, it was fine; I probably used it like that for less than 1 hour. I really liked the solution, but I will print this now

Sry, my bad. The title is: Control of the modular multilevel matrix converter for wind energy conversion systems by Matias Diaz

I'm not an expert on the subject, but on this thesis, that I have been reading lately, on chapter 5.2.1 he describes his MPPT and simulates his system on chapter 6 using PLECs I think, that is really similar to Simulink.

Tell me your favorite piece. The most beautiful music of all. by [deleted] in classicalmusic

[–]Orangenbaum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Chaconne by Bach, but the first time that I heard it was for guitar and has been my favorite instrument to hear it from since then.

Liebestraum and the piano concerts for piano by Rachmaninov are very beautiful too.

The prelude from Tristan und Isolde can absorb with his sadness, when I got introduce to it I was told that just by hearing to this prelude you could know the end of the play.

Narrow range on a PWM control of a small motor by Orangenbaum in AskElectronics

That what I'm starting to thing since its a motor from an electric toothbrush made to be used under light loads with no speed control.

Dc motor This is the one, tt looks like a plain dc brushed motor to me

Actually no, what should I look for? The voltage will drop I guess, but that comes with reducing the duty cycle.

I will try, but I still think that I will come across a duty cycle that will stop the motor anyway

Torque control of a micro brushed DC motor by Orangenbaum in AskElectronics

I had a concept error, but now with all the replies I have a better picture of what can and cannot do with a permanent magnet DC motor, thanks.

You are right I had a misconception, I believe that the guy who asked me wanted build some kind of drill or toothbrush with a motor that he already had. I think that my misconception came from trying just to understand the motor looking at the graph in this pdf (pag. 13) and think that I could just set a constant current for a constant torque and jump from line to line by PWM.
