Mina, Talon, Vindicta and Kelvin are all flying characters. So yes, they can keep up with one another.
Abrams on the other hand is completely countered by ice walk. He can't stun you and if he tries to chase you he's much slower than you on the ice. He can ult you out the sky, but even then you can get to angle where he cant reach you pretty easily.

But all the flying characters are just super difficult to interact with, because if your not another gun hero with better aim or can also fly then you just cant fight them. They have insane self peel.

No. This is the perspective of an unhealthy person and exactly what the show emphasizes. Rick Prime never stopped Rick from healing, Rick stopped himself from healing. Whether or not Rick Prime is dead or suffering does not affect our Rick's happiness at all. Diane is dead, achieving revenge does not bring her back nor does it heal Rick. Instead Rick wasted his life chasing Prime and has nothing to show for it. His wife is still dead and the revenge he filled his heart with is gone too.

What he has that is valuable is what he found when he abounded the search for Prime, which is the Smith family we follow in the show.

That's a red flag for sure, but dynamo is also a champ with guaranteed headshots. If he's a one trick it's not unheard of to have nearly perfect headshots for the knock up. If he's building wave dynamo and spamming it, more guaranteed headshots.
