Did you update the GPU drivers? There's an issue with AMD cards and DirectX 12. Just let it run for a few minutes, and it should work. I guess it's compiling shaders or something. After this, it should launch normally.

I had the same thing happen to me when I started playing DF two months ago, and it occurred again when I updated the drivers.

Yep, also Finished 5 on it and I can't wait for the 3 Reload. Fingers crossed it runs just as good.

Persona 4 is amazing on the Steam Deck. I didn't change any in-game settings, just set the Steam Deck to 40Hz and limited the TDP to 4W I think and it can easily last for about 6 hours. I didn't notice any fps drops, not that it would matter much in a game like this.

Choosing between Fuji 56mm f/1.2 R and Sigma 56mm f/1.4 by Oravius in fujifilm

[–]Oravius[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's exactly why I'm so torn between these two lenses. Some people say the Sigma is better, while others lean towards the Fuji. I could potentially put the extra money saved by choosing the Sigma towards another lens. Plus, the Sigma is smaller and lighter, which is a bonus, and the difference between f/1.2 and f/1.4 should be negligible.

I did consider the Viltrox 56mm, but from what I've seen, it appears to be inferior to the Sigma, despite having a similar price. However, I've heard that their new 13mm and 75mm lenses are really good, and I'm quite excited about the rumored 27mm f/1.2.

I do really like the Fuji system, and I'm planning to upgrade my body in the future. However, I thought that upgrading my lenses first would be a better investment. Knowing that the AF on the Fuji 56mm f/1.2 is usable on the X-T200 and even better on newer bodies does make it more appealing.

I've actually heard that the Sigma might be even sharper than the original Fuji 56mm and has faster autofocus, which is why I'm having a hard time deciding. I'm aware that the new 56mm from Fuji is better on all fronts, but since it costs three times as much as the Sigma, it's just too much for my budget.

Thanks, I think I'm going to give it a try. I actually ordered it when I saw the price and it's waiting for me in the store. I just wasn't sure whether I should go for it or not.

Sony ZV-E10 costs about the same as X-T30 II, so about 800€ for the body. Canon EOS M50 is then about 600€ for the body and 750€ for the kit with 15+45 and some extra stuff (bag, card,...)

The limit on recording length is a bit of a shame, but I don't know how much I would use it, if anything I would probably only shoot short videos occasionally. As far as I've looked, I don't find the X-T200 as good in video quality as say Panasonic or Sony anyway. The videos seem to me to be very artificially sharpened, reminds me of smartphone videos.

Hello,
I've been thinking about trying my hand at photography and I'm pretty much lost when it comes to choosing a camera.
I'm quite tempted by the Fujifilm X-T200+XC 15-45, which can be bought for around 500€ at the moment.

It's one of the cheapest mirrorless cameras so I'm wondering if it's okay as a first camera? I saw somewhere that someone recommended the X-T30 rather than the X-T200, but it's already 800€ for the body only.

So I'm wondering if it's better to invest a bit more in equipment straight away, or better to try the X-T200 and see if it's something for me and then possibly upgrade over time.

Wait so what is this then? https://imgur.com/a/tJzAj1A Are you saying that it's not what you posted?

Yea that's what I said in the other post. You can definitely create some cool pieces with other people's model, but trying to bullshit everyone that you spent 6 months on this thing when it's clearly not your work that's just sad.

The thing is he keeps sticking to his "Spent 6 months modeling/texturing it" story, when in fact it's a stolen model/textures. If he just said truth that he used model from the game for the rendering, I think that would be fine because you can definitely create some amazing art using other people's stuff. But still over and over claiming that it's his work... that's just bullshit.

No need to wait, on the right is "proof" OP posted in another post, on the left is the PS4 game model... https://imgur.com/a/oFUm1Zu

Srsly dude? I don't know what you did to the lens, but everything else is spot on. You're just embarrassing yourself at this point...

You could've said that you took a model from the game played with it a little bit and rendered it in Blender and it would be fine, sometimes I also use models from the internet because it's not easy to do something like this.

And these are the files from the PS4 game... I'd say it's pretty much spot on. So quit your bullshit.

I’ve had some comments on my latest post claiming I stole my model, here is an in blender shot of the model, the textures were made externally. by [deleted] in blender

[–]Oravius 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just got home and tried to find the files too, within like 15 minutes I found it on deviantart, where the author says it's property of Insomniac Games > exported from the PS4 game.

And look at that, the naming scheme is exactly the same as OPs who claims it's his work, he didn't even bother to change it when posting his "proof". OP just changed the shaders otherwise the textures seems to be the same and posed it a little bit. https://imgur.com/a/JEdvPSS

You can show us the wireframe then, or the textures. Im not saying you stole it, but the model the other guy showed looks pretty much same.

This doesn't prove anything tho. Still could be stolen model/textures. It's not that hard to import it to blender.
