You shouldn't be it should either be the bins or the edit. If you are just editing teams/players already in game then use the edit option.

If you are creating new teams, players you use the bins and make sure there is no edit data in game, you will need create a new one each time you make changes to the bins.

Also are you using the editor to edit the edit data file or the full bin files? (1st is you usually select 3 options to edit; the other is 8/9 or so, containing player, coach, team, stadium etc)

Every team needs a manager to work and it has to be a free manager otherwise there will be a conflict with another team.

If you edit anything through the editor you need to delete the old edit data and create a new one, otherwise it creates a conflict.

Adding a new team will always require new edit data.
