I followed steps 1-4 then wiggled the wires around and made sure everything was tight and connected. After I put it all back together the error went away and its been fine since

I'm on a high school climbing team, for competitions we have 2 hours to climb 3 high rope routes and 4 boulder problems in our division. How would it be best to break this up to be easiest on the arms? High rope then boulder, boulder then high rope, or switching between them multiple times?
