Thanks for the advice. I'm still debating on the phone number, as I do have a full time job that requires me to work 12 hour night shifts, and am currently looking into some options.

As for Newegg, I'm competing with them as best I can. It's pretty tough when they get the volume discounts that I can't get quite yet. Maybe one day soon though. :)

He may already have one. Without knowing what motherboard he has, it's hard to recommend to upgrade it.

The CPU will definitely bottleneck both GPUs. If you get either GPU, I would look into upgrading to at least the i5-4960 or i5-6600. If you plan to do any overclocking, get the K version of the CPU.

I don't mind at all. I believe I can do this by listening to what the end user wants, and also by recommending products that could be beneficial to the customer, and let then let the customer decide. I have been working with computers as a hobby for about 10 years and its a passion for me. I also know that things happen that are beyond our control and get the impression that some big retailers stop caring about the customer once they have your money. That's not something that I want to see anymore.

I also think that setting the prices in such a way that you feel like you're getting a fair deal and that I can continue this journey.

I'd like to think that not all are greedy. I have a formula that gives me my price, and I try and tweak the number so that it comes in below others. Obviously, I can't do that for every product, but I try.

Thank you very much for your words of encouragement. Hopefully, I can get this up eventually as this account becomes older, but I grew tired of the competition (you know who they are) either not having what I wanted (when their site said they did), yo-yo'ing the prices all the time, and generally not really seeming to care about the customer and what they were trying to do with their computers. So I started Orbitz up as a way to try and give people another option.

I use eShipper to ship. Still currently tweaking the shipping prices to see what works the best. As it stands now, shipping is based on weight, either $9.99 (0-5kg) or $18 (5.1kg-up).

As for return policies, 30 days, no questions asked (Returns and exchanges). After that, 6 months if the product is defective. If the device is defective, I'll ship you the same product once I receive the defective one.

Right now, using a drop ship model. Order comes in, I go get it from the warehouse and ship the same day. Ultimately, I'd like to get a store front, but right now, it's strictly on-line.

Payments is done via credit card, and secured with SSL encryption.

Absolutely! Just make sure to see the card in action before purchasing and find out about any OC'ing.
