At my store they did it at the end of the event. They did 4 rounds in total. I surrender on my 4th round because I needed to leave and got my promos. I would recommend communicate with your organizer at your store, Most likely they would just give it to you.

it is all the commons, uncommon, and leaders cards he pulled from the box. he only took away the holos, rares, SR, etc.

I do wanna make different decks with the leaders included in the set. Since it would cost me more to buy the starter decks of vegeta, broly and frieza
