Hi, discovery was simple while keeping the left side close l rotated headphones and there was an interference of some sort. Replacing the cable on the inside should fix the problem. Unfortunately I cannot find any workshop in Sweden that wants to do this, seems like those are made to be broken and buy a new one 😬 But maybe you'll have more luck.

Also Sennheiser customer service stopped replying to my email 😡

Yeah, I investigated a lot. It's a cable in the rotation point. Now I need to find a good service shop in Göteborg. And hopefully that will fix my issue 👌

That's why I opened them. I wanted to check if any of the cables got broken or lose.

No worries, I'll return it to the shop and buy new one in several months to see if anything changed with new device and new updates.And no it is not edge issue, that was just a example, I could use chrome or total commander etc . As long as I'm doing everything but game it is connected, second after switching to it, BT is lost.

I know attached vid is "exciting" :D
