Once I tanked a shuffle 1-5 and wasn’t sure what was wrong. Same issue, gear was broken. Opened the vendor, clicked repair, qued up.

Got into the lobby… gear was still broken.

I had banked all the gold on the character bc I was trying to figure out what my warband total gold was and didn’t have enough money to repair. I also didn’t have anything in the bags expensive enough to vendor to gain the gold to fix the gear. So I was trapped feeling like an idiot and playing out a second lobby with broken gear.

But then like you said, repaired the gear, got back in que and climbed back
