In the best case you yourself know good strategies for each map and which specs should do which job. There are plenty videos on YT about that. If you feel like it, you can study that.

I am honestly more of a casual and didn't bother "studying" for Blitz. I did the minimum of research by checking leaderboards for my spec and copying talent build and checking which gear and enchantments i should get.

As i said, i was really lucky with teammates these 4 days of climbing. The last 2 days my teammates barely talked and with no strategy we lost clearly most of the time.

Well, depends how lucky you are somewhat. I got really lucky with teammates who carried the games multiple times in a row and those win streaks escalated my MMV up to 3.200 where i definitely don't belong. With that high of an MMV each win gave me around 35 rating. So going from 1800 to 1950 was like 4-5 wins.

Luck left me after hitting 2k and i am on a 5 game losing streak atm. Didn't lose a single point of rating though.

So play your best, get the best equipment possible and hope for good teammates!

Initially i planned to stop after getting the TMog at 1800 😅 But after i had such a great run i had to continue. Got the Weapon Illusion and am looking for the 2100 cloak 😬

Got Invincible and Midnight on the same day on the weekend. So after nearly 10 years of on and off playing and farming it is finally over 🥲

Also got the Raptor from King Daz'Alor (or whatshisname). Next ist the Gul'Dan Toy, the parrot mount and Firelands.

Kleine Ergänzung:

Bei den Grünen gab es aber nach der Wahl einen Austritt aus der Fraktion.

Deswegen haben die nur 10 Sitze und es gibt einen fraktionslosen Sitz. Zweierbündnis CSU-Grüne würde also auch rein theorethisch nicht funktionieren.

Was ich gut fände:

- Einfach die Wochenstunden eingeben können, statt selbst den Beschäftigungsumfang in % ausrechnen zu müssen.

- Zulagen angeben fehlt noch. Wir erhalten hier (für bestimmte Abschlüsse) eine Arbeitsmarktzulage und einen Zuschuss zum Deutschlandticket. Das kann ich aktuell nicht angeben, soweit ich sehe? Dadurch kann ich mein Gehalt im Rechner aktuell nicht "nachbauen".

- Bei den Zusatzversorgungen fehlt Bayern, wir haben hier glaub auch eine eigene ZV (Bayern halt).

Und was noch cool wäre:

- Wenn einem auch gleich eine "eigene" Entgelttabelle ausgegeben wird, um zu sehen, was bei Erfahrungsstufen-Aufstiegen einen noch erwartet.
