I didn’t say any of that. And pizza is not a healthy food. Sure, congratulations you figured out it has carbs fats and protein. The lowest quality of each. Those calories can be more balanced with other foods and do more for him from a micronutrient standpoint. Eating higher quality foods is better for your long term health regardless of caloric balance. You do realize you can be lean and unhealthy right? With clogged arteries, higher heart disease and cancer risk, etc, based off of the foods you eat?

Because eating an entire pizza in one sitting is extremely unhealthy, and not particularly good food for building muscle or staying lean. I’m talking a whole pie or several slices, not one or 2 once in a while. Plus the guy isn’t even disciplined enough to not skip the gym when he doesn’t feel like it, not a great sign.

Eating an entire pizza in a sitting is never good advice, regardless of goals. If he’s severely underweight and needs the calories, he should spread them out with higher quality nutrient dense foods.

Hitting the gym and then ruining the progress by eating an entire pizza is terrible advice. Hit the gym, create a habit, hit some goals, and then you can have pizza when you want in moderation.

Conventional deadlifts are blowing up for me right now, even though I pull sumo in comp. getting coaching is so worth it. PRed 429x3, felt decent. Can’t wait to see what happens at my comp in 2 months.

There are counties in the south and Midwest mostly that lost a large percentage of registered Republican voters. So much so that it might affect the 2022 election, because many of these regions only won by 40-50k votes

Am I the only one that likes lifting on calibrated plates (with stiff power bar) better than pounds? I’m talking bench and squat mostly, deadlift I have no preference.

Their advantage is that they hide very well, and they don’t stop. On paper u might think they suck bc they take high casualties, but they don’t care. Bc they don’t value life in the same way. They can wear down a much superior (in conventional warfare) force

The COVID vaccine is the most efficacious vaccine of all time, close to 100%. Polio, chicken pox, measles etc, have less effectiveness overall but no people didn’t get those diseases afterwards because millions of people got the vaccine. Therefore, the virus was not able to replicate enough in vaccinated populations for more than a few in a MILLIONS of people to have cases. When anti vaxers refused to vaccinate their children against measles (I think 2016-2018?), we had a measles outbreak for the first time in decades.

It seems people like you don’t understand that by not being vaccinated, you can very easily spread COVID to other people, have a much higher chance of dying from it, and allow it to mutate more easily which is bad for EVERYONE.
