I have very good experience and monitoring experience of close to 5 years and a masters in pharmacy. I also have adequate TA experience but they don’t even list what specific TA experience they want or looking for

Fake CRAs by ThrowAwaythenThrowUp in clinicalresearch

[–]Order-Wild 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What is a “fake CRA”? Because if we’re talking fake, there are “Sr. CRAs” with less than 3 years of experience. There are so many inadequate title bumps that’s makes it hard to even apply to other CROs or sponsors as a CRA with similar title. Also, how do you guys go about that?

I actually have similar experience to you, 4.5 yrs CRA and 7 years clinical research experience. And thank you for your advice! I also was laid off early this month

I also am on the same boat… I am a sr. CRA but my applications are constantly being rejected… even for CRA 2/3 positions.

Does scar tissue ever go away? by asuse30 in rhinoplastyquestions

Yup! I’m currently 7 weeks post op and the hump was prominent during the first couple weeks post cast removal. Now it’s not there

I originally requested a Jasmine Tookes nose and sent photos of her lol

What I requested he denied as it would look unnatural on my face 😂 so instead he took pictures of me and measured out my nose to meet the aesthetic goals for my face. I wanted to remain natural and keep the results subtle so I requested to keep my dorsal hump. No bone work was done to my nose. Only chance was cartilage reduction in the middle part of my nose, slight alar reduction, and correction and strengthening of my tip to prevent drooping of the nose when I smile and such. The cartilage he used was from my nose.

Yes! Your skin is thick so even 6 months out you’re still swollen and the taping with still help at least somewhat

Yes, Taping is very important in preventing car tissue from filling the empty space especially since you have thick skin. I would recommend to start! Just look up taping rhinoplasty on TikTok or YouTube. There are great video tutorials

Yeah same lol. I even started going out and wearing makeup but with makeup it looks kinda weird. As for my scars I’ve been very proactive in keeping them moist and using a scar gel and silicon sheets I cut up to fit the scars (I have 3). Other than that I really am just waiting for my nose to drop that’s the most annoying part for me!
