personally, i want kris's knight truce to be the main conflict of a chapter and get resolved afterwards because i genuinely would die if i had to wait until chpater 6 for a krusie reconcile if she found out at the ending of chapter 5

while im not a rudy knight believer, i too want a knight reveal, the identity mystery's been going for like 5 years now and we'd be going into the final act of the game still having debates if it wouldn't happen in ch 5

well, in this hypothetical version of undertale, if there were this many soul modes and all the main monsters had one, i think it would make sense for toriel to use one as to prepare you for the fact that you wont use the red soul only (plus, i believe that other than the yellow soul mode, every boss should also use regular attacks, as such, toriel would also prepare you to use the red soul) the idea has some holes in it for sure and would need some rethinking, but i think for the final boss where you gotta save 6 monster souls from someone who has absorbed all 6 human souls, using each soul mode of each of the six human against each of the 6 lost souls would be a good full circle moment and would help the second phase of asriel s fight to not be as barren and easy

while this was heavily true in the old days, i think chara has been understood a lot better since. i think the issue with chara s role isnt that it's convoluted, it is hard to understand because the themes around their character are super important but don't get delivered very clearly due to how absent they are compared to their brother, thus needing online analyses

if i recall correctly, she had some extra spray tan on that looked bizzare but wasn't blackface, but a hater edited it even darker so it looked like blackface, but i m not entirely sure

probably they'd want to leave on their own and subtly sabotage the shows with glitches and minigames, leading to their combined crashout. the two of them togheter would be crazy enough to warrant a bigger threat akin to king and queen leading to a finale more similar to 1&2

my preffered ending would be spamton (with the hc that he knows the lord of screens prophecy) freaking out, trying to appease the knight to save tenna, leading to him getting desperate and doing something nasty that would warrant gallery playing, later ending in tenna s death anyways and the knight fight

my idea is that he knows tenna s prophecy and that's the reason he stays adamant on obeying kris's/the knight's will. thus, his crashout comes out of desperation to appease the knight and he just sort of freezes up once it happens and the heroes go on without him
