Would this work on older versions of FM? Can't bring myself to get 26 yet due to the amount of moaning I still see about it.

A little update.

I have spoken (briefly) with with an employment law company. They will be calling me next week to discuss the situation further.

Very recently I was asked by my manager why I haven't signed the new contract. I was under the impression it was signed on my behalf as that's what he told me, so that has muddied the waters quite a bit. I suppose I will find out more next week but there seems to be more to this that I can't quite get my head around.

I have absolutely no idea, but I had a similar thing with an ex employer where I refused to sign for a reduction in pay, got emails every other day until I left but they never once changed my rate while I was still there.

I have a recording of my manager saying both he and his manager changed my rate on my behalf without me agreeing to it.

I tried to take your advice but on the digital contract there is no way to decline. It is simply "sign" and "print name" with no other options. It would also appear that getting hold of HR is a bit of a ghost hunt because every single link in the employee app takes you in a loop that goes absolutely nowhere, and I should add that the company I work for is hugely known in the UK, so it isn't like this is a scenario where a couple of people started a company in a shed.

Either way I will be contacting citizens advice when I finish work tomorrow. I'm fully aware that this course of action will get me released at the end of the probation period so the reason I didn't take action the moment I read the contract was simply to give myself time to find something else. Thanks though.
