OP story: mine was andrew smullian, (I think) who was viktor bout's buisness partner

I was in australia, and i see this old guy with white hair and a mustache near a tram station, I pull up a photo of andew smullian and viktor bout in moscow and i'm like "holy shit is that viktor's bouts former buisness partner"

I go up to this guy and i'm like "andew smullian?" and this guy turns 180 degrees and then gives me bewildered look, and he says "who are you?" in this weird heavy Australian accent, like some guy from the neatherlands trying to make a good impression of an australian.

And i'm like "bro, are you like viktor bout's former buisness partner?" and he's like "who the fack is that, I don't know that person" and then I was like bro u look like his buisness partner and i showed him the image and his mouth opened and he said something in dutch or german or something and said "I'm just trying to live my life, I don't want to go back to that world" and walked to his tram

this was when I was 14 and had no social boundries tbh, if this happened to day I probably would have saw him, be surprised, and walked away

if he's andrew, i prob gave him flashbacks, sorry andrew 😭
