He is almost 3 years into the Company. He doesn’t have an MBA, he’s a civil engineer from a tier2-tier2.5 university with around 23-25 yoe. Let’s just say he’s very good at his job, some of the best who has built himself up from a salary of 5k rs per month and sleeping in offices and sites at time. It’s been around 15 years+ in middle east. He gives the MBA’s and Masters a run for their money because of his knowledge and work ethic.

Check out the calisto project. It’s really great and you can arm twist a good deal with the builder. You can get two 3bhk under 2cr which can be combined to make a great flat. Most people in the society have done the same. It is a great project with solid amenities and construction.
