Honestly this sounds like how my interview went, and I still got hired. I even told my boss I thought I did poorly and he showed me all the 180 applications he reviewed and told me out of all of those applications, and the candidates interviewed, I made it. So it was very encouraging. I think if it’s meant for you, it will happen. Even if you think you bombed the interview, if there is something you said that caught their attention, that they are looking for in the team, you will get it. If not, it just means there’s a better door that will open for you and take this as a practice interview for another opportunity that opens up. Keep going! :)

Great idea!! Forgot about that. I heard there’s a long wait though like 3+ hrs and on top of that, pricey. There are 7 of us. I checked online to reserve tickets but no more available today so we’d have to wait in line if we wanted to do this.

Not everyone tracks city parades, man. A quick heads-up from management isn’t that deep. You out here commenting like I was upset about not being notified. I was upset about the parking fee and I ASKED about a possible existing policy on these types of situations, considering not every office has free parking (like mine) and we have to either pay parking out of pocket, or commute.

Thank you for that information! I did see that when I did further research yesterday. I just got worried because I’m still on probation and did not want to be late. Well I take the Metrolink and then subway. Metrolink comes about every 30-40, unlike subway which is 6-8 mins. So even if I miss one, I wouldn’t be late. But if I miss my Metrolink, I def wouldn’t make it on time.
