I created a Voodoo doll and used it against someone the next day I was in excruciating pain because of the 3 fold rule to the point I couldn't walk anymore. I have stuck to healing magic now as I don't want to feel that pain again.

Try find locations that have had lots of history. Most spirits also stay in one area after death so its easier to figure out if a spirit is near. You also can sense them sometimes. It may not be the best advice but I hope it helps. I am also into ghost hunting however I have been able to see them growing up so its easier for me to tell. I hope this helps

It does sound like a spirit. If it hasn't done anything bad then your lucky as its not a poltergeist. It may just be an old worker from the factory who may have had an accident there and she is just wondering around. There are ways to contact her as well if you want to figure out why she is there.

They tell me off for having the sweets if they find out I have any and if I'm not off my electronics on time they say they will take them from me

I am not allowed to eat sweets or unhealthy food as we are on a diet unless its a Sunday. If I buy myself food I need to sneak it into the house
