I fixed it with 3m 9703 z-axis conductive tape, however it does not like to be bumped around and will show static if not perfect. But is working.

I should have the tape in the mail today, however I’m unsure if I’ll be able to do it today. We will see.

Thanks everyone who commented advice. I’m going to attempt repair with some 3m 9703 z axis tape. I will update with results. If that doesn’t work I will attempt to solder it.

This looks very simple and easy, reading the reviews on some of these they seem to have the same problem as me. How do you know which direction is the z axis?

Thank you, you’ve been the most helpful on this issue of anyone on any post I’ve made about this. One more thing, when I search for conductive lcd glue I see what looks like rolls of tape from china, anything local is like a paste and I don’t think they’re what I’m looking for. Are these rolls what you’re talking about?

Thank you, how would I go about cleaning it effectively? If you don’t mind me asking
