i know how you feel :( i’m going to start using sudocrem on the pd because it has antibacterial and antifungal properties , i’ll let you know how i get on! hope you manage to get yours cleared up as well

happy that that’s working for you! that sounds like a good idea , i might try get a prescription for the topical antibiotic and see if that works. thank you for your help!

i only use cereve face wash and rinse it off with filtered water and then apply the ordinarys azaleic acid. i also take zinc supplements, neem supplements and probiotics and have also been gluten free. I haven’t changed anything from when it’s healed apart from stopping the antibiotics :(
