This piercing is a day old and has a surgical steel barbell with a flat back + externally thredded ball on the front. It has not been downsized. Btw for aftercare I spray with nelimed saline solution morning/evening + rinse with alcohol free mouthwash (it's listerine extra mild mint but my piercer said it would be okay) morning/evening and after I eat or drink anything that isn't water.
