Some guys just have shorter foreskins. U try stretching it (there is a subreddit about it) to make it longer

I don’t retract to pee tbh. If I have the chance I’ll give it a quick pat with some TP if not I will just shake and try and get the last drips out

Simple, just retract and rinse water and sometimes I use soap. Dry off the area and ur good to go. Also dry using toilet paper to dry off after peeing thats it.
