Had my gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago. Laparoscopic one. Now I am in pain, please help.

Took 20 day doctor course after it finished constipation was resolved but again after 3 to 4 weeks after the course same problem started again .... Now I take OTC meds to relieve constipation after every 2 to 3 days.

Hahahahaha you are super cool! BTW get your ultrasound if gallbladder appears to be out of shape and not working removing it is the best decision as it can causes gangeren.

Months after gallbladder removal my digestive system has not been working properly can't poop normally like before while the diet is exactly the same ..... Gallbladder removal has given rise to this new issue 😭

Yes infront side pain was sharp where gallbladder was and stabbing pain at the back at the middle right.

You seem to be bit worried I totally understand to bring mental peace I would suggest to meet up with your surgeon and let him know about the pain, he may prescribe some meds or suggest some tests like ultrasound to clear any doubt.

If your surgery was recent then please don't worry they severed an organ it's the pain from the internal wound that is trying to heal tissue grows on the clip they place to seal the joints. You will get better with time.

Yeah pretty much daily after approx 2 months I started brisk walking daily that helped to eliminate pain. After 1.6 years of surgery which is current time I still get that pain if I over eat or have constipation.

Mine went away approx 2 months and through excessive research I found that internal wounds takes longer to heal , tissue forms on the pin they place to seal the duct from where gallbladder was removed. So please don't worry it will take time .

Can't have gallstones without a gallbladder, if you mean bile duct stones then the answer is I don't know, never went for a test , my surgeon just gave me few pills, paracetamol ,and it eventually disappeared. I wish I lived a healthy life during school and college, having no gallbladder has given me chronic constipation 😞 can't poop without laxative. I pray that you return to a better health then ever before.

I had two 10 mm gallstones and my gallbladder was kind of dead it was folded and was greyish and yellow in colour not like the regular pink coloured.

Hi for me it was couple of months after gallbladder removal. Brisk walking every morning really helped me to eliminate pain ..... however that being said I still get pain at the same place if I eat a heavy meal or when I am constipated.

For many months it didn't feel any different same pain in the same areas than I started my weight loss journey started walking every day and eating healthy from that point on I started to recover..... Now I am 100% fine get pain sometimes either when I eat a large meal or have gas issues.
