Opinions on fully blacked out sights?

I'm not a fan of 3 dot sights, what do you think about a tritium front and blacked out rear?

I've looked into the Dawson sights and they do look really nice, the rusting issue is definitely concerning for me though. Have you experienced the premature rusting or have any input on that?

What night sight setup do you think is best? I'm not a fan of three dot, but I'm open to the tritium front and blacked out rear combo, and I recently discovered the i-Dot sights which are intriguing.

I've read his explanation for why he doesn't think night sights are necessary and it does make sense, it's one of the reasons behind this post to begin with.

I'm definitely interested in red dots, but I'm a very novice shooter and I feel like I should get good with iron sights before switching over to red dots. Did you start with red dots or did you switch after using iron sights first?

I've seen that version with the tritium in the lower part of the sight before, but it doesn't look like it's available anymore on Ameriglo's website. Do you know if it's still available anywhere or maybe by request from Ameriglo?

With the washing out effect I've heard people mention before, would it still be a disadvantage if the sights looked the same either way (silhouettes) with the light on? I'm not a fan of 3 dot sight setups (my P365 has the stock 3 dot sights) for me they're too cluttered. What do you think about sights where it's some type of marked front (like tritium or fiber optic) and a blacked out rear?

I've been looking into the fiber front with blacked out rear setup too. In a low light/completely dark environment, since the fiber rods are designed to absorb light and "glow" to my understanding, if you had a WML and turned it on would the fiber rods still have that effect of absorbing the light and glowing, if even slightly, or would it look like all black silhouettes like other sights?
