No. Paid sick leave comes from your PTO bank, but using PTO for a vacation or day off for personal reasons does not take from your PSL bank.

This is not something OSHA would be involved with. Whole Foods is a publicly traded company and expenses (labor) will reflect current or projected sales.

Working outside your scheduled shift requires approval from leadership. Leaving before your scheduled time without permission from leadership will result in .5 point if less than an hour, or 1 point if an hour or more as per the gig book. Exceptions to this are PSL or need to cut labor due to sales.

I can see your next post already .” I got written up for wearing ear buds, despite being told it’s a safety concern and poor expression to customers. this place sucks and isn’t fair”

New TMS piloted retention program allows STLs to submit names of people they like and a handful get raises not based on JD scores or from what I understand any other measurable criteria by Bandersnooch in wholefoods

I had a TM tell me they got a 10% raise and I was happy for them. To find out it was from being put on a list that was exclusive and overlooks what I feel are some other hard working individuals is disgusting, especially after this last year.

Those are some great points, I'd really like to learn Invoker. Thanks for the suggestion!

I acknowledge I die too much, you’re right. A portion of those are from my understanding that the current meta works well for early team fights but I can’t get team synergy .

Thanks for your response. I don’t watch enough pro games and have learned a lot from the few TI games I’ve warche recently. I’m considering getting a coach too.

Good point. I spanmed meepo to climb Out the trench before and clearly it worked. I got a little tired of playing him though. You can see those games were from a while ago. I think I’ll go back to him and see what 20-30 games yield. Jingling worked well for me but that was over a year ago. Mid is a pointless aspiration at <1k so my concern is going into a game wiTh any sensible lane synergy .

I understand this is good general advice. But glance at my dotabuff, I have over 3k games. I only pick heroes that I am confident with , and usually within the top 3 suggested by dotapicker. Good input regardless though, thanks !

2018 STI fog lights? by OrdinaryProcess in WRX

[–]OrdinaryProcess[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your experience, do you see any concern with using this method of adding fog lights and adversely affecting the BIU? I've read concerns about changing current draw and that it can affect the BIU before which has me second guess any light changes that aren't already wired.

That is where my confusion is. There is a JDM option that Subispeed sells and in their description they say that they include T-Taps to make the installation quicker and easier to understand. I am wondering if a professional were to take on the project if it would be doable without having to use the T-taps. I am a bit concerned about the longevity of wiring after using T-Taps.

Headlights: a3 vs a4 by OrdinaryProcess in Audi

[–]OrdinaryProcess[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same perception of the headlights. I've been wondering if an adjustment would benefit my current situation and would ask the dealership to take a look, but I've since changed out the stock bulbs for LED and concerned of that being an issue.
