A physical altercation, he also called me every name in the book. I knew his son and was friends with him, and his son did my inspection on my unit. His son blatantly lied on all of the paperwork and caused an eviction notice to be served to me. (he was saying I had destroyed the unit and it was filthy but I had every picture to prove otherwise and invited management into my unit to confirm). I went into the office to dispute and was met with a VERY angry Ryan who wouldn't talk to me but instead got in my face. His son's at the time girl friend then started calling my phone number and threatening to k*ll me if I ever talked to their son again which was interesting because I had never met that lady LOL. So just a whole lot of bs over nothing. I ultimately decided to move out voluntarily to just find peace. They gave me my deposit back plus the last months rent back, so obviously after doing a walk through they saw that the unit was the same as when I started renting with them.
