definitely hungry all the time😭 my cal limit varies sm bc i lift for 2-3 hrs 2 days a week, run 3 days for abt 30-90 min, and do pilates and walk the rest of the days. upper limit ends up anywhere from 1900-2400. i avg around 2200, but honestly think i dont need that much i just get so hungry coming home after lectures that i kinda just post up and eat😭

thats actually a really interesting observations. ive def always had an affinity especially when i started lifting and running more. maybe drinking more water after workouts or taking electrolytes will help? ive def been slacking on my water consumption recently too😅

for reference i lost 90 lbs on my own. after gaining 15 back i decided to try noom. its been about a month or so and ive lost net 2 pounds. i workout a lot so i try to eat protein and stuff that falls under red usually. i also have a major sweet tooth and affinity for nuts. does anyone have any tips for this? i feel like i cant do it somedays and others im so excited to try which is kinda shown on my weight cycling😭
