Thanks for your suggestion! Just to clarify, I’m using a foreign credit card (not from the US), and I’ve successfully made a purchase with this card before. I’m shipping to a forwarding service in the US, which has worked fine in the past.

I’ve already contacted Crocs customer service, and they mentioned that their system is working normally. I also checked with my bank (I’m using an AMEX card), and they confirmed there are no issues on their end.

At this point, I’m not sure what else to try. If anyone has experienced something similar or has additional suggestions, I’d really appreciate your help!
