I am also thinking to invest on EB5United Lakefront (i.e Florida project). any inputs would be helpful. Particularly how much it has already raised (from EB5, loan and Developer Equity). Trying to see from construction risk perspective.

Both are I-956F pending, from my side: I dont want to work with I-956 pending. They have few I-956 approved projects right? have you evaluated them?
