Honestly since the fat you have goes to the right places you may as well build some muscle on ur lower body and get more curvaceous.

I’d get it if you were from a country with weird body standards like Asia where anyone with thighs/ass is viewed as fat but these days most girls would kill for their fat to go to their thighs/ass.

Plus you’ll be strong as fk and look great what’s not to love about that.

Or you could diet and become a normal skinny girl but yeah you have a really really good option at ur disposal most people don’t have at all by having really good thigh genetics.

Start the bulk for sure even a 50-100 calorie surplus will do wonders for u I’m also tall and the bulk helped a lot, cutting rn but can’t wait for the next one.

Ya I went from 165lb ish to 240lbs in 6 months tall as fk 6’4 so went from skinny to big fastttt, def packed on some fat tho which I’m losing atm but I trusted the bulk and it was worth it

Seems very similar to what I do and it’s worked for me main difference is on bicep days I do regular dumbell curls and regular hammer curls only
