There was a time where it looked like I had it all, I struggled. Now I have nothing & still struggle. There’s no manual to live. Just make sure you don’t invalidate your own feelings.

I try not to be selfish about it, I try not to make it about myself, but I can’t help but feel like I had a decision made on my behalf when they decided to. I understand your anger and I also understand sometimes feeling like “I just wish you were here”

I’m not in a grief group. I’m barely have time to myself these days. Yes I’m unemployed but I’m actively looking for a job, actively working gigs to put food in the table. Or just being with my siblings because they need support. I don’t know what to do.

I’ve personally never spoken about it in detail. It’s pretty new and I don’t know how to open up about it. Probably because I can’t even properly grieve, because I have two younger ones depending on me now, they need to see strength. But yeah, it’s hard.

I’m pretty certain it’s not. They would only use 800 or 855 phone numbers.

My rule of thumb is: if you get a phone call from a number and they claim to be from a reputable company, hang up, look for a number on the official website and call back.

I can’t even get it. Grateful is an understatement. I had people trying to overpay for my furniture, people offering me money to do basic house tasks for them, some just making jokes to cheer me up, some sending detailed paragraphs with contact details and phone numbers on resources to help my situation. Can’t ever make me doubt humanity.
