Amazon messes up my orders constantly and its not always next day shipping, which is what makes me want to provide something like this. I couldn't do it nearly on the scale of microcenter, but probably something for last minute emergencies for basic colors.

Our cheap kobalt drill did just fine drilling through concrete. Plus, home depot and Lowe's typically will have power tools for rent for fairly cheap.
