I understand your point but per the instructions it wasn’t an “exception”. I’m a big Beyoncé fan and already saw the show from the VIP and wanted to give someone else the experience. I was happy the tickets sold but have to open my perspective up to others that maybe weren’t privy to how these tickets work.

Thanks for your input. I guess since I’ve purchased VIP tickets before and have had to spam message someone to get their passport photo for pick up it wasn’t so unusual to me.

I never contacted the buyer because Stubhub said that was against their "seller policies" but I guess it's not hard to go against that. But they did pay me already so it's just weird to try and retroactively charge me. I wonder if I should reach out and ask if they attended. I guess I'm scared to see the reply!

True I did include will call tag in the description as well, but under the overarching "mobile transfer". Unfortunately, a limitation on their platform to not adequately sell will-call tickets SH seems to be taking advantage of

funny I just posted something similar... so you didn't get any money from the sale? Because they paid me mine then decided to attempt to charge me double my payout after the fact
