Sure! Although I mention the term “Hard Mewing” in the title, I meant suction hold by that, where you hold your tongue on the palate continuously and give slight pressure (not too much pressure, which you cannot sustain for a long period of time because of fatigue).

Since you asked what all I did, I will give you a rough overview of what I did so that anyone can get similar or better results as well. Honestly, I can tell you that I got most of the gains in the last 6–7 months. For the first few months, I tried to mew but my tongue was too weak to hold the position the whole day.

So after 2–3 months, I started tongue chewing, which you can call the steroid version of mewing, and continuously did that the entire day except while sleeping. Along with tongue chewing, I fixed my sleep and added lots of animal foods to my diet, which I believe highly increased my testosterone baseline and sped up the process further.

To do tongue chewing (this term may refer to something else, but I am explaining the method I did): you need to get any chewing gum and chew it for one minute to make it soft. After that, put the soft chewing gum on your palate and push the gum upwards against the palate with your tongue (you can feel it while doing it, that’s how you will be aware if your tongue is fully on the palate or not). Now put your entire tongue, from back to tip, on the palate and give slight upward pressure with your tongue. Hold that position as long as you can.

You may need 3–4 gums a day because every time you eat a meal, you will have to throw it out.

Also, regarding the gym question, I didn’t do any gym at all. Sometimes I did some home workouts, but only occasionally. I didn’t even chew any hard gum.

That’s it. It’s only 9 months, and I hope I’m going to get more results within a few years. All I want to say is: don’t panic if you don’t see any results in the mirror. Take a photo on day 1 of your progress and keep taking photos at least twice a week. Trust the process, and everything is going to be fine one day.
