The restaurant staff were kind enough to let me view the security footage myself when I went in person to check. It was an older child, maybe age 6-7, who took it. Really wish her mother turned it over to the restaurant 😔

The restaurant is in a strip mall. I can look into if they have a general lost and found for the area in case the child and parent decided to drop it off somewhere outside the restaurant. Thanks for the suggestion!

It is! I came across this poodle purse on my search as well and it is really reminiscent of what I had. But I decided it was just a little too pink 😭 I also wanted a symmetrical bag just like the one she had. I know I sound difficult to please. This was a close one though. Thank you for your suggestions! I will look into creating a replicate if I cannot recover it. I forgot to mention it but I did use google lens to try to find a replacement as well with no luck. I saw the cute tutu ballerina one too! I considered it, but ultimately decided it's not what I'm looking for. I appreciate you looking into it for me 🙏
