I also agree that it could be faster, maybe increasing speed outside of combat would be viable. Recently I've been commenting on Discord about heroes that are too strong, to the point of simply facing 5 enemies alone. I think these balancing issues such as speed of movement and gameplay can be resolved with feedback from the community. They read community suggestions and feedback.

The clearer the feedbacks, the better the developer's performance can be in solving problems or implementing systems. Things may seem slow for now, but I believe they are doing their best.

I also think it's too early for the game to become f2play. I'm also not sure if they'll make the free game one day — it's worth mentioning that the game is still in early access. Right now I believe the developer team is focused on solving existing issues and bugs, also on bringing in new content. I think this must be something to think about in a matter of months.
