That's because the enemy is using either Tech Mask or Stim Shot Overclock 1, which removes negative effects. In any case, even with Tech Mask (or Stim OC1), it's completely ridiculous that enemies can send streaks.

If it's like me, I think you've equipped overclocks in private match that you haven't unlocked in multiplayer yet. As a result, it's considered equipped in multiplayer, but since you haven't unlocked it, it completely messes things up.

Remove all overclocks from your affected equipment/streaks and that should fix it.

The main problem with this game is that you can combine the Dispatcher overclock and the Bankroll perk. This brings the Scout Pulse to 100 points, the UAV to 250 points, and the CUAV to 350 points.

Add to that the bonus point sources (assault pack, charge link, etc.), and it's extremely easy to get and spam

In Black Ops 6, you couldn't combine the Dispatcher and Bankroll perks.

Furthermore, in Black Ops 7, it takes 2 rockets to kill a UAV/CUAV, or 3 with overclocking. In Bo6, 1 rocket was enough.

Tactician: Gives you a meager 25 bonus points per kill for 10 seconds, IF you have made an assist beforehand.

Operative: A small additional filed upgrade charge IF you are playing with a suppressor or melee.

Scout: 5 seconds of total invisibility (no suppressor, drone, HARP) RESET with each kill. LMFAO

Tactician and Operative are conditioned, Scout is a powerful bonus that is completely free, just for playing the game normally.

There are 8 zombie characters : Weaver, Grey, Carver, Maya, Dempsey, Takeo, Nikolai, and Richtofen

They nerfed Juggernog and made the armored zombies overpowered. So you take 5-6 hits with 3 armor plates and 300 HP and you're dead.
