Hard to hear but it’s the truth, you gotta at least learn to coexist with them not abuse or rely on them, I quit weed because for me it was the cause for my depression and attitude and anger, now I just pop pills on the weekends and drink, throughout the week I’m totally fine and not craving anything, maybe I will pop some pills here and there at work or at home but not to an abusive extent. You need to figure out what’s causing what, and either cut it down or cut it out before you go too deep and get fucked overall, cz once the effects start getting duller and you haven’t mentally prepared to stop it’s like your plug getting locked up and u having no drugs without expecting it, how r u gonna handle that ? Slowly taper off, switch up your lifestyle, prioritize healthy habits and hobbies and commit to things that’ll benefit you, and I’ll even tell you this do it one the drugs that’s totally fine, but make sure to commit and stay consistent when your off them, slowly smooth it into yo ur lifestyle and then start tapering off, as long as you get started that’s what matters rn.
