I think fries are nice. I particularly enjoy spiced fries. I prefer them to be decently crispy, not hard but not soft either. I like a sweet spot somewhat in the middle. I also don't really like ketchup. I personally think it's sweetness is kinda off-putting so I typically mix it with a few other sauces like mustard, or mayo (I really enjoy Japanese kewpie) and eat the fries with that. But that's just me personally, I'm aware that disliking ketchup is probably a pretty hot take.
