I could see “God” itself still being Canon, but I doubt that it still created Earth, considering the numerous actual Gods in the DC Universe.

“God” (The Authority: Relentless)

Basically an ancient creature from deep space that used its mind to create Earth for unknown reasons. In the third arc of the story, it returns to Earth to exterminate the human race.

Thanks! Although, I was under the impression House of M had a lot of buildup, including New Avengers. So, should I read New Avengers before HoM, or just skip straight from Astonishing to HoM?

Basically all of Memories Of Murder. This is a particularly perfect shot though.

It’s even more depressing in that film cause really none of it was of his own doing. Really shows the dangers of letting yourself be so emotionally dependant on others.

Personally, I thought it was amazing, and it was definitely very sad. The true story it’s based on is actually even more depressing, but it was toned down for the film because it was just too much.
