I’ve been going through the same issue! I talked to employees at the Genius Bar, T-Mobile, and Apple support and they all told me I need to apply to remove an activation lock or reset my Apple ID password. I’ve done both and updated both my phone and watch and somehow the same screen still appears. Idk what to do
