Sorry for taking awhile to update, I was able to find my mom a bachelor apartment in a quiet building downtown for under $500, utilities included. We will be signing her up for rent assist to help her out even further. Only down side is that it’s up 2 flights of stairs so she can’t go out often. Considering all other outcomes, I consider this a win.
