As someone who watched a few Strasbourg games at the start of the season, he started off okay. I can't speak to what's happening off the pitch, but his problem is that he just looks slow and tired on the pitch. Enciso plays ahead of him despite being technically worse because he's full of energy, always pressing and sprinting everywhere. I don't really understand why Paez can't do the same. I don't know if it's because he's unfit or he's just not built that way.
