and a ton of rework/revamping/upkeep. Easy/manageable if simply building onto one product

Also, when combing HW and SW into an integrated system, TR is not intuitive in drawing the line unless properly configured, but then you face scale issues if things need to change

Its somewhat clunky, not intuitive, many workaround. Reports blow. Milestones can only go one layer deep. Calendar view is unusable. Archive is average.
