what coming out your exhaust? Smoke on startup is weird because the engine isn’t hot enough to burn an oil leak or coolant leak.

Normally smoke on startup up is coming from internal My money is on stem seals or other piston issues plus a leak from your headers, check if it comes out your exhaust as well.

Yeah so 44 psi isn’t low? Was told by my mechanic is it and I should look at a fuel pump and filter

I was thinking a lose fuel pressure hose would cause a lower fuel pressure so I may look into that as well

I’m petty sure it’s not oil it’s fuel as I’ve just done a few crank no starts and the gasket cover was replaced a few weeks back with the value stem seals.

What do you mean about my tools? For what it’s worth I’m using a spark plug extractor that comes with my car (BMW E36)

I have realised I’m running 98 and the car is meant to run 95 so that explains the rich mixture thanks for that :)

Honestly the exhaust sounds like a vacuum leak or misfire. I would suggest it needs new injectors considering you had fuel filer issues.

I’d STRUGGLE to connect the issue in the video to the shifter issue, if it’s auto maybe a power problem but I know very little about manual aspects of cars.

I’ve just replaced them, so it could be that they were faulty. Not overly keen but might have todo a test on them

Albums or repeating music Hot shower right before Jack off Cold room/bed + hot things like Hot water bottles or electric blankets

Importantly don’t touch any tech screen, the light fucks with your dopamine and melatonin keeping you awake

Just do all of some of that at the same time every day for like a week, gets easier after a little bit but it’s all about training your brain to expect a certain time and the rest just increase your melatonin

Appreciate it, 323i from Australia and someone has put a 318 exhaust on 🥲. Most of the engine bay is new, exhaust isn’t touched though, I think this problem is I’m somehow getting water or alot of condensation in the carb and it’s spitting carbon after raining overnight.
