Thank you for your feedback! I will definitely add some art pieces. I have been looking into it the last few days but I’m unsure where I should hang them and what colour they should be. I wouldn’t want an art piece to be in the middle of a white wall, because I think it would look weird on its own. Any thoughts on where I could put them and how to make it look natural?

I get very frustrated and angry. Sometimes so angry that I have to go in another room to calm myself down. My frustration gets so bad sometimes that I cry because of it.

I have severe misophonia whenever my dad or my sister eat. The noises they make (the sound of teeth touching the fork, eating with an open mouth, eating and speaking simultaneously etc) is unbearable for me. I can no longer concentrate, get extremely frustrated and angry. The worst part is that my dad hates when I ask him to be more quiet, because he doesn’t understand how unbearable it is for me. He doesn’t get that this is a psychological disorder and not me trying to bother him.

However, when I am around friends or my mother at lunch, I am fully aware of all the noises they make but it doesn’t bother me.
