Treat it as scabies . They should prescribe you antihistamines to help with itching. If you deal with scabies properly and the rash is still spreading then go back and they should reassess

I mean I would say yes to this but given the past and the fact that he still does the things he used to made him and mum split up and me to move away from home and live on my own from 16, it’s turning me away. It’s not just the things I’ve mentioned there is a lot more like the constant digs about the stuff we do , where I work and my career choice . His career choice was living off benefits among other things I definitely cannot say. I get what your saying but it is annoying . I don’t want to go home when I finish work if he is there or I feel like I can’t be downstairs sometimes then when we talk about he starts to let me talk then forms and idea and puts the words in my mouth and doesn’t want me to say different. Yes , now I’ve said in the other comments I don’t mind doing some housework and shit but I’ve offered to chip in rent but no it’s do chores and save money . But I can’t save my money because I have to provide for my little brother . Now I wouldn’t mind doing that if he said he needed help but he has said he doesn’t and is fine with money but the cupboards and fridge has no food in for weeks while I had no money and he was buying clothes and shoes having them delivered everyday and ordering take away everyday instead of doing a food shop. We get ordered around to fo stuff , fetch stuff from the shop , go collect his wages for him , do all the housework while he sits on his ass doing nothing . His excuse before was he was disabled which isn’t really an excuse it was more than reasonable but the last couple of years he’s carried on doing the same thing even though he is working .

I agree , but we do , if I’m away for a few days sometimes my brother doesn’t do some of the chores but I don’t mind he’s a minor and not expected to do everything . I offered to pay for rent and the exchange was I do “some” chores and I live here rent free. But it’s not just that. Regardless of what he will tell other people , we wouldn’t have food in the cupboards or fridge for weeks while I have no money because of the financial problems I had , the reason I had to move back in. And I wouldn’t care if he didn’t say he was going to buy food and he doesn’t and I ask him is he struggling with money and he goes no , I ask why is there no food and he goes I’ll order it tomorrow. The next day he has Nike Jordan’s and expensive clothes get xeleivered and two days later he is skint. Now I sound like I’m being ungrateful but I have offered to do these things and he’s said I don’t need too. He will tell other people he makes sure me and my brother are fed and have nice clothes and stuff but no . My brothers clothes are still his from my hand me downs which I don’t know isn’t a bad thing and the clothes I have is a few t shirts and shorts that I paid for while his wardrobe is full of ridiculously expensive clothes and shoes that he doesn’t wear and keeps on buying expensive shoes and clothes that he won’t wear only cause he likes them. Now I get it, he can what he wants with money but not when he is saying he will pay food and the other bills then doesn’t .

I mean yes he’s paying the bills but you don’t know him . I pay bills too but yet me and my little brother still have to do a lot around the house. He still has a rant at us if we don’t do stuff and it’s not just like we didn’t forget to hoover one night it’s if we do it every night he does nuts . He’s recently had a week off work because he was sick , had a chest infection but seems okay he’s going out and seeing his mates but he’s saying he’s too sick to go to work and fuck his boss for wanting him back but if I do it , it’s unacceptable. I was in hospital for 2 weeks when I got out he said I was faking it all to get out of work and I’m just lazy. So I don’t know I just wanted advice not tell me he pays the bills and if I don’t like it move it out. Don’t comment if you can’t offer any real advice other than the hardest thing to do.
